WHAT IS BIODEGRADABLE ACETATE (BioAcetate S70)?

Bioacetate S70 is our go-to material for our ECO Shades Biodegradable collection. It's a bioplastic made from natural sources like wood pulp and cotton, offering a greener alternative to traditional plastics. Not only is it durable and flexible, but it's also kind to your skin and the planet. Plus, it's biodegradable, helping us keep our environmental footprint as light as possible. BioAcetate S70 is a product created by Wingram Industrial Company Limited. The company is focused on innovations on sustainable plastics and seeks to achieve this by producing environmentally friendly plastics. WHAT IS RPCTG MATERIAL?

RPCTG material, as used in our ECO Shades Recycled collection, is an innovative and a more "greener" material. It is a type of recycled polycarbonate, created as a sustainable solution to traditional materials used in eyewear production. RPCTG is made from recycled plastic waste, specifically from items like food containers, bottles, and caps. This approach not only helps in reducing waste but also diverts these materials from landfills and oceans, significantly lowering the environmental impact​

WHAT IS RPMMA LENSES?

RPMMA lenses are a key feature in our sustainable eyewear collection. Made from recycled Poly Methyl Methacrylate, they represent our commitment to environmental responsibility and high-quality eyewear. RPMMA, often found in display stands and optical lenses, is repurposed through a careful recycling process. This not only reduces waste but also utilizes a resource that's already in circulation. These lenses are known for their crystal-clear vision, offering durability and a lightweight feel, which makes them perfect for everyday wear. By choosing RPMMA lenses, you're not just getting superior eye protection; you're also making a conscious choice for the environment. IS THERE A GUARANTEE PERIOD FOR ECO SHADES PRODUCTS?

Absolutely! We're all about delivering top-notch quality that stands the test of time. That's why we proudly offer a 730-day guarantee on our products.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

ECO Shades accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

The delivery time for your order can vary from 2 to 30 days, depending on what shipping method you choose.

Europe: Delivery 3-7 days (With GLS) - Delivery 7-14 days (With PostNord)

Worldwide: Delivery 5-14 days (With GLS) - Delivery 14-30 days (With PostNord)

ECO Shades uses GLS - Business, GLS - Private, PostNord - Private for shipment of your ordered items.

Shipping cost is calculated from the weight of the items. Pick your items, go to checkout, and you'll get the shipping cost for your area.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes of course! After your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number. It's completely normal if the tracking number takes a few hours to activate, so no need to worry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ECO Shades offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order (ONLY on B2C orders - this doesn't count on B2B orders).

The countdown starts from the day you receive your order. If you decide it's not quite right for you, just remember that the return shipping is on you.

I HAVE RECIEVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Oops, something went wrong with your order? No worries, we're here to help! Just snap a photo of the damaged or defective item, and send it over to us along with your order number and a quick description of the issue at support@eco-shades.com. We'll get right on it to sort things out for you.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

We do not offer free returns. You will find more information on how to process your return at Shipping & Returns within the Need Help? - section at the bottom of our website.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE?

Right now, we're not set up for online exchanges. But don't worry, there's an easy workaround! Simply return the item you don't want, and then place a new order for the one you do. It's a quick and simple way to get exactly what you're looking for!

WILL I RECIEVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us at support@eco-shades.com.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, all orders are final, and edits or cancellations cannot occur. We strive to process all orders as soon as ordered.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELED?

Very rarely do we have to cancel an order if the stock level was shown incorrectly at the time of purchase. If this happens we’ll email you right away with the update.
